We have openings for postdoctoral researchers in the areas of CAD, FPGA and Computer Architecture. A PhD degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science or other related field is required. UW-Madison stopped the sponsorship of J1 visa for internatinal undergraduate students without a bachelor’s degree. F1 visa can be applied through Visiting International Student Program (VISP) but it requires the applicant to register for credits and pay for tuitions.
